As Regional Operating Partner, Johan Gouws is instrumental in driving the growth opbjectives and operations of Keller Williams Southern Africa, while leading the delivery of the most innovative education, training and technology in the industry to Keller Williams associates.

Over the past 35+ years, Johan's experience in real estate has covered various aspects in the industy and has left him with a vast understanding of the residential market, whether new developments or the selling of existing homes.

He also achieved outstanding results in the commercial market with notable success in lands acquisitions thatt has subsequently been developed into prominent landmarks.
 


 
NATASHA DE LA REY
Regional Operating Partner & COO


Natasha started her career in the real estate industry in 2012 after she completed her Honours degree in BSc Biotechnology. Having grown up in a household of successful real estate agents, the real estate industry is nothing new to her.

Natasha is a highly efficient Regional Director who subscribes to an exemplary work ethic, interacts with enthusiasm and executes tasks with valour. She ensures the availability of all documentation, contracts, systems, training and marketing campaigns. Support to the Market Centres and associates is her responsibility, and since she has such a passion for the industry, she also presents various training courses


 


 
DEON TERBLANCHE
Regional Director & CEO


With a background in law, finance and insurance, Deon Terblanche held prominent positions in some of the largest companies in SA. An entrepreneur at heart, however, he founded his own successful law firm and property group. With an exemplary track record of success in the industry, Deon was fascinated by and attracted to the Keller Williams success story.

Deon is actively involved in setting the growth strategy of KWA and providing leadership and support to Market Centre Leadership. Deon is also the Operating Partner of one of the top Market Centres in South Africa as well as an investor in other Market Centres.




 


 
CORNÉ FERREIRA
Regional Market Centre Administrator


After completing her studies in Office Management and Technology, Corné Ferreira stepped into the real estate world in 2005.

Corné excels where she is 'planted', reflected in the successful launching and management of a new department. Her systematic and innovative approach is complimented by a trong customer-focus.

Corné is married bean counter Michael, and together they parent two busy, sport-crazy boys.




 


 

KELLY-ANN PIETERSE
Regional Director of First Impressions


Kelly-Ann stepped into the real estate industry in 2007, starting out as a PA to an agent.
After travelling the world as a travel consultant and stewardess, and a stint in the hospitality
industry, her love for real estate brought her back.

She went from PA, agent, Team Assistant to now Regional Director of First Impressions at Head Office, who is passionate about supporting agents to achieve greatness.

Her schedule at home is just as busy with ther two sons, baby daughter, husband Neil, parrot Angie and two dogs.



 



 

BELINDA DE JAGER
Regional Finance Manager


Belinda is an MBA graduate with over 28 years' experience in finance and tax, local and
cross-border.
 
She has a remarkable talent for the compilation, verification, analysis, interpretation, and dissemination of crucial financial data.

Belinda is married to Gerhard and has two sons.





 



 
SUNÉ SPENCER
Regional Marketing Manager


Suné joined Keller Williams Southern Africa in 2021 with a background in Journalism and Digital Marketing for an award-winning sponsorship agency.

She completed he under- and post-graduate studies at the University of Pretoria.

Communication is what drives Suné, through the written word or multimedia. She brings expertise in digital and social media marketing and a passion for adding value to peoples’ lives.




 


 
RONALD VAN SCHELTEMA

Ronald is an experienced Sales Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry. As part of a successful real estate team, Ronald advocates the importance of technology in driving that success.

He is skilled in negotiation, sales, digital printing, team building, and management.

Ronald is a strong sales professional, a larger than life kind of person and a loving husband and father of two daughters.

She has 8+ years experience serving in operations based roles, working closely with customers and consistently striving to ensure that she leaves a lasting impression in every clients life. She is driven by making a difference in her life, her community and her work place. 

She is a Marketing graduate from the Graduate School of Marketing who aims to make the Real Estate industry accessible to everyone.
